How much does a clinic website cost in Kenya?
Most clinic websites in Kenya cost between KES 30,000 and KES 250,000. That is a big gap. Here is what changes the price, what else you will pay for, and how to choose.
Typical prices from agencies
- Basic (3 to 5 pages)KES 30,000 to 60,000
- Middle (6 to 10 pages, booking)KES 60,000 to 120,000
- Advanced (portal, links to other systems)KES 120,000 to 250,000 and up
These ranges come from the published prices of a Nairobi agency, Achi Systems, checked in October 2026. Other agencies charge differently.
What changes the price
- Number of pages. A page for each service costs more but helps you get found.
- Booking. A simple form is cheap. A full booking calendar costs more.
- Payments. M-Pesa needs setup and a payment company.
- Words and photos. Who writes the text and takes the pictures?
- Speed of delivery. Some designers take months.
Costs people forget
- Domain nameRoughly KES 1,000 to 2,000 a year
- HostingThe same agency lists KES 5,000 to 15,000 a year
- Care and updatesThe same agency lists KES 5,000 to 20,000 a month
- Payment feesCharged by the payment company, not the designer
Always ask what you pay in year two. A cheap site with big yearly fees can cost more.

- Growth (hospitals, bigger clinics)KES 95,000, live in 14 days
- NGO DonationsKES 85,000, live in 14 days
- Many branches or special needsFrom KES 180,000, price fixed after a call
- Care plan (optional)KES 2,000 a month
Domain in your name. First-year hosting included. After year one you only pay the domain renewal. My care plan is optional.
I can charge less than a large agency because I work alone with a system I built and AI tools. I then check every page myself. I do not go cheaper than this, because very low prices usually mean no support.
Which package fits you?
Questions to ask any web designer
- Who owns the domain? It should be you.
- What do I pay after the first year?
- Can I see sites you built, and open them on my phone?
- How many days will it take? Can you put it in writing?
- What happens if you are late?
- Who do I call when something breaks?
Questions
Is a KES 5,000 website a good idea?
Be careful. Very low prices often mean a copied template, no support and a domain in the designer's name. Ask the questions above first.
Do I need a website if I have a Facebook page?
A website you own is safer, and Google shows websites more often. A Facebook page can sit beside it.
Can I see my homepage before I pay?
With me, yes. I build your homepage in 2 days for free. You only pay if you love it.
