AfyaWebEmmanuel Kipngetich, Nakuru
Hello, I'm Emmanuel.

Websites for Kenyan hospitals, clinics and NGOs that get found on Google

I build fast, honest websites where patients book appointments and donors give by M-Pesa. I'm one developer, not an agency, so you deal with me from the first call to long after launch.

Free. You see it in 2 days. You pay nothing until you love it.

Emmanuel Kipngetich, web developer in Nakuru, Kenya
Emmanuel Kipngetich, Nakuru.
I pick up the phone myself.

At 9pm, the clinic that loads first gets the call.

that's the whole game

When someone has a toothache, a sick child, or a question about where their donation goes, they don't phone around. They search on their phone, tap the first result that opens, and call from there.

If your site is slow, out of date, or missing, that call goes to the next clinic. A good site does four things:

  • Shows up when someone searches for what you do, in your town
  • Opens in a couple of seconds on an ordinary phone
  • Shows real people, a real address and real proof, so a stranger trusts it
  • Makes booking or giving one tap, with M-Pesa

Two builds, up close

Concept buildDental clinic

Pearl Dental Kenya

A dental clinic site built around one question: how fast can a worried patient get from searching to speaking with someone?

The problem it answers

People with tooth pain don't browse. They want to know you do the treatment, see who will treat them, and reach you in one tap.

  • Treatments grouped as general, cosmetic and straightening, each with its own card
  • Six dentists with profile pop-ups and a "book with this dentist" button
  • Call, WhatsApp, email and Google Maps directions one tap away
  • A Book Online button in the header, so the next step is never hidden

Little Hearts Foundation

A one-page charity site that shows a donor where the money goes, from the first heart screening to surgery and recovery.

The problem it answers

Donors give when they can see who is helped, where, and exactly what their amount pays for. A vague "donate now" button loses them.

  • Giving tiers in KES that say what each amount pays for, from an echo screening to surgical supplies
  • A care pathway that explains the steps: screen, assess, refer, treat, recover
  • A timeline and county list that show where the work happens
  • Story sections designed for family-approved patient stories, plus a route for corporate partners

The same craft on other sites I've built and run

  • Paint distributor store1,026-colour visualizer, 56 priced products, county SEO pages
  • Agricultural machinery store36 products in 8 categories, instalment-payment page
  • Cement distributor siteplanned around a competitor SEO audit

On these sites I already use M-Pesa through IntaSend, WhatsApp ordering, and a page for each county so local customers find them on Google. The same tools go into your clinic or NGO site.

Who I build for

Health and giving are all I focus on, so I already know what your visitors need to see.

  • Hospitals and medical centresdepartments, doctors, appointment requests
  • Clinics and dental practicesservices, opening hours, WhatsApp booking
  • Pharmacies and labsproduct and test lists, orders by WhatsApp
  • NGOs and foundationsM-Pesa donations, impact stories, partners
  • Churches, schools and groupsgiving, events, announcements

Who's behind AfyaWeb

I'm Emmanuel Kipngetich. I started building websites as a college student in Kapkures, near Nakuru, and I haven't stopped since.

I've built and run online stores and distributor sites for Kenyan businesses, from paints to cement to farm machinery. I run my own ventures too, a mursik delivery business and a CV builder called CVKenya, so I know a website has to earn its keep.

Afya is Swahili for health. Health and giving are where I focus now, because I want to help clinics and NGOs grow. I think they are badly served on Google. When a family searches for a clinic at night, many good ones cannot be found. I want to fix that.

Questions people ask

How can you be so fast?

I do this every week, so I never start from a blank page. I use a system I've built and AI tools to do the slow parts quickly. Then I check every page myself, on a real phone.

Do I really pay nothing for the preview?

Nothing. You get your homepage to look at on your phone. If you like it, we start. If you don't, we part as friends. I do 3 free previews a week, so I can do each one well.

What do you need from me?

Your name, what you do, a few photos, your opening hours and where you are. If you have a logo, send it too. WhatsApp is fine.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name.

What do I pay after the first year?

Only your domain renewal. My care plan is optional. It is KES 2,000 a month and covers updates, backups and small changes.

How many changes can I ask for?

Up to 3 rounds while we build. After you go live, small changes are free for 30 days (3 months on Growth and NGO).

Is my patients' information safe?

I only collect what a form needs, and it goes straight to you. I also write a privacy page with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 in mind.

I already have a website. Can you fix it?

Yes. Send me the link for a free audit first. I'll tell you what is working, what isn't, and what it would cost to fix.

Do you only work with clinics?

I focus on hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs and NGOs. Churches, schools and community groups are welcome too.

Start with something free.

Tell me about your clinic or charity. I'll reply on WhatsApp.

I only use this to reply to you. I don't share it. I take 3 free previews a week. Privacy

What I check in an audit

  • Does it open fast on a phone?
  • Does Google understand what you do and where?
  • Would a stranger trust it within five seconds?
  • How many taps to book or donate?
  • Is patient or donor information handled safely?
